Accredited online courses
Online, blended and on-campus degree programs can all be accredited. Although it is voluntary, accreditation has many benefits and, in many ways, validates a program for employers and other colleges or universities.
Generally, some courses are recognized by HRD and UGC for online courses. OR Obtain a recognized certificate from accredited online courses only. They are useful for the future.
How do you get recognized?
To be eligible to be accredited, an applicant institution must demonstrate that it meets the affiliation requirements (100). An institution of higher education can be said to have affiliation with the Commission only if it has acquired candidature (pre-accreditation) or recognized status.
A B. Tech, BCA or A certification course in UX Design is a good way to start. Courses based on Machine Learning, Data Mining, Coding, Python Programming Language, C Programming, Digital Marketing, Content Writing, HTML/CSS, Accounting, Finance related courses etc. will be in great demand in the near future.
How do you know if a course is accredited?
Detailed course information on university websites indicates whether a course is accredited. Alternatively, if you are not sure where you want to study, but know what industry you want to go into, check the website of the relevant industry body. Most provide a directory of the courses they accredit
An unaccredited curriculum focuses on equipping the student with a specific skill. It is excellent for self-prosperity, career growth and self-employment. For example, if you are already employed, an unaccredited course can help you get promoted.
