Running Successful Continuous Professional Development Models can be divided into three stages:

 Pre-service, focusing on start-up preparation for PEDA, leverage on content, management skills and use of many teaching tools (including information communication technologies);

Building on pre-service training, including in-person, systematic, face-to-face and tele-learning opportunities and directly relating to teachers' needs; And

Continuous Formal and Informal Teaching and Technical Assistance, With Information Communication Technology Focuses on Daily Needs and Challenges for Teachers Effective Teacher Professional Development and Effective Teaching Steps Effective Teacher Professional Development Must adapt to the classroom environment as much as possible. If information communication technology is a key component of the teaching and learning process, then there is a need for some information on the use of ICT. In addition, professional development activities should promote collaboration between teachers as a model for effective practices and behavior. The development of school-level career development using the facilities of continuous communication technologies is considered the key to success, most notably the resources and skills associated with the daily needs and practices of teachers.
