I put online learning with institutions such as Colgate Rochester and Harrison (both of which teach no less than 600 students each year) and the University of California, Berkeley, online learning to one side for this post. Universities do charge students a fee for these courses; my point is that both types of course work just fine with online learning. And while traditional brick-and-mortar education can be more affordable, traditional education still lacks online courses for creating access for lower-income students.
