Practical Areas of Online Education in India

Schooling during the pandemic has taught us some invaluable lessons and once again reiterated the importance of planning ahead for the unexpected.
There is a need to improve the overall 'digital literacy' levels of the country to get the most out of technology-based education. The Government of India has started working in this direction. One initiative is the 'Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (PMGDISHA)', which aims to reach 40% of India's rural population and provide free digital literacy courses to citizens between the ages of 14 and 60.
Researchers have found this initiative to be highly effective in raising the quality and standard of education. And hopefully these efforts will help bridge the digital divide
